Confit d'oignons de roscoff aux algues

While the city of Roscoff is renowned for an emblematic vegetable – the AOP onion, the Finisterian coastline abounds with famous mineral bombs of seaweed, including Kombu Royal. We have combined them and added some pink peppercorns and a hint of cinnamon to achieve this savoury gourmet confit.

Accompanies a plate of cold cuts or cheese, or spice up a sandwich or fish burger.
