Hamburger express with dulse and raspberry chutney

Ingredients

Serves 4:
• 4 burger buns
• 4 beef steaks, butcher style
• 1 tomato
• 1 avocado
• 4 large green salad leaves
• 1/2 a jar of dulse and raspberry chutney


Preparation

First step:
-  Cut the tomato and avocado in slices.
-  Cut the bread in half. Wash and drive the salad.

Second step:
-  Cook the steaks in the frying pan according to your taste.
-  During this time, toast the bread.
-  After cooking the steaks, brush them with the chutney.
-  Assemble in order: bread, tomato, avocado, steak and salad.
-  Enjoy.
