Goémonier sandwich with classic seaweed tartare

Serves 1:
◦ 40g of classic (or Provençal) seaweed tartare
◦ 1/2 a traditional baguette
◦ 1 fresh field-grown tomato
◦ A 5cm piece of cucumber
◦ From ham on the bone to smoked fish


◦ Cut the baguette into two halves.
◦ Spread the seaweed tartare, add sliced tomato and cucumber, ham or smoked fish.
◦ Pack for transport.
