Roquefort tartine with dulse and raspberry chutney

Serves 4:
• 100g of Roquefort
• Farmhouse bread
• 1/2 a jar of dulse and raspberry chutney
• Seasonal salad


The chutney beautifully accompanies cheeses such as Roquefort.
Recommendation for preparation:
- Remove the Roquefort 1 hour before the recipe.
- Slice and grill good quality bread.
- Spread the Roquefort without crushing it too much. Add a few small dashes of chutney.
- Serve with walnuts and a seasonal salad.
